Every mistake originates from a mistaken belief. Correct the belief and the mistake dissolves. Treat symptoms and the mistake returns. Always go to the root. The Root of Error is not in the action but in the assumption that preceded it. You made a mistake not because you acted badly but because you believed something false. Find the false belief, correct it, and the action corrects itself. Root-level correction is the only correction that lasts.
