A year is 52 weeks. The PLT Daily gives you a practice for each one. Not because the content takes a year to learn — because the transformation takes a year to integrate. Knowing is instant. Becoming takes time.

The 52-week structure is deliberate: (1) Weeks 1-13: Foundation — the core concepts, the basic calculations, the entry practices. (2) Weeks 14-26: Application — taking the concepts into real situations, testing them against life. (3) Weeks 27-39: Integration — the practices become habits, the habits become identity. (4) Weeks 40-52: Mastery — teaching others, building systems, creating your own practices.

The commitment is one practice per week. Not overwhelming. Not optional. The practice is the minimum viable dose of transformation — enough to shift your frequency without breaking your life.

The Practice: The One-Week Commitment

Do not commit to 52 weeks. That is overwhelming. Commit to one week. Choose one practice from the PLT Daily and do it every day for seven days. At the end of the week, assess: did it change anything? If yes, commit to another week. If no, choose a different practice.
