All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

What We Sell

BUYaSOUL sells digital software, AI-agent tools, and downloadable products. Because these items are delivered electronically and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds once access or download has been granted.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund or store credit at our sole discretion in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• The file was corrupted or undeliverable and we are unable to provide a working replacement
• Your request is made within 48 hours of purchase and the file has not been downloaded

No Refunds For:

• Change of mind
• Incompatibility with your system (please review system requirements before purchasing)
• Failure to read the product description
