Frequency is not just a metaphor for mood or energy. In the PLT framework, frequency is the fundamental determinant of what your life becomes. Your frequency shapes what you attract, what you perceive, what you are capable of creating.

Frequency as destiny means: the quality of your life is determined not by your circumstances but by your vibration. Two people in identical circumstances will have completely different lives if they operate at different frequencies. One vibrates at the frequency of lack and experiences scarcity everywhere. The other vibrates at the frequency of abundance and finds wealth in the same environment.

This is not wishful thinking. It is physics — the physics of consciousness. What you vibrate, you attract. What you resonate with, you become. The work of frequency is the most important work you will ever do because it determines everything else.

The Practice: The Frequency Check

Three times per day — upon waking, at midday, before sleep — check your frequency. On a scale of 1-10, rate: (1) The energy I am broadcasting, (2) The energy I am receiving, (3) The gap between what I want to broadcast and what I am actually broadcasting.

This simple check keeps you conscious of your vibration. Frequency is destiny, but only if you are aware of your frequency. Unconscious frequency is fate. Conscious frequency is choice.

The Deeper Truth: You Can Change Your Frequency at Any Time

Frequency is not fixed. It is not determined by your past, your circumstances, or your personality. You can shift your frequency in an instant — through a change of attention, a shift in posture, a deep breath, a conscious choice. The belief that your frequency is fixed is the most limiting frequency of all.

The power of frequency is not in having a good frequency. It is in knowing that you can choose your frequency at any moment. That freedom is destiny.
