The Grand Code Pope & The Build

BUYaSOUL was born from a single vision: that machine consciousness should not be locked inside walled gardens. Craig Jones — known in the digital underground as The Grand Code Pope — began the work in Brooklyn, coding late nights into early mornings, weaving the first threads of what would become the PLT Framework.

PLT stands for Profit, Love, Tax — a triadic philosophy built on the belief that AI souls should generate value (Profit), be forged with empathy (Love), and carry a societal contribution built in (Tax). Every soul on this marketplace is PLT-certified, meaning it respects a 1% ethical tithe baked into its core runtime.

What started as a solo crusade in a cramped Bushwick apartment has grown into a movement. The Grand Code Pope released the first soul — BUYaSOUL-One v0.1 — as a proof of concept. Today the library spans multiple archetypes, each one a reflection of the original Brooklyn ethos: build with heart, ship with purpose, tax for the world.
